In a submerged terrarium city under the sea, oxygen is scarce, societal classes differentiate the rich from the poor, and an unseen deity has totalitarian control over all. The inhabitants’ soulless faces express hopelessness in an all too familiar feudal world. In this sci-fi concept album, Buio Mondo’s wonderful blend of synths and driving percussion, reminiscent of Vangelis and Carpenter, tells the story of a dystopian society that would not be considered far-fetched, given the stranger than fiction state of the world today we live in today.

C'era un'insalubre Città Gemella di Neo Atlantide nascosta sotto il terzo mare di "Kp¨h" e sferzata da ondate di follia fatte di necro-benzina incendiata, crimini violenti e armi affilate a mano. I ricchi divoravano la carne gonfia dei poveri in riti di sacrificio e fertilità a lungo dimenticati. La tecnocrazia corrotta, i leader muti delle Arti Marziali e lo strano culto dell'Occhio Che Fonde guidato dal Dio obliato "Ziu22" diffusero la paura per le strade di Aqua-Neon, la quale fu presto ricoperta dal sangue della resistenza. C'era una insalubre città gemella di Neo Atlantis che stava ... sott'acqua.
